Trevor Marmalade is a household name and one you couldn’t forget even if you tried.
His laconic quips as the man behind the bar on ‘The Footy Show’ and being Daryl and Ozzie’s foil on ‘Hey Hey’ are legendary.
Add his quick wit to radio shows such as Triple M’s ‘The Grill Team’, ‘Punter to Punter’, ‘Kick to Kick’, the ‘Coodabeen Champions’ and the 3LO Forum and you have the consummate all-rounder.
In his early days as a stand-up comedian Trevor performed and toured shows in theatres, pubs and clubs and at private and corporate events throughout Australia but more recently spends his time huddled over a laptop writing new shows and lines for young up-and-coming comics.
Behind the scenes Trevor Marmalade built a huge reputation for his talent of writing and directing live television and stage comedy shows including ‘The Big Gig’, ‘Larger than Life’ and the highly successful pantomime ‘Hey Hey It’s Cinderella’.
Today, he derives total enjoyment as an MC and after dinner speaker relaxing and entertaining delegates after an intensive day’s round of meetings.
The perfect example of the overnight success that only took 30 years, he still remains one of the funniest men on the planet.
