Shane is Founder and Principal of CustCore Consulting, a boutique consultancy firm which helps companies to “wow” their customers by unlocking new areas of growth through defining, measuring and improving customer experience across all parts of their customer’s journeys, with a focus on customer insights, strategy, process improvement and cultural change.
Shane has a strong customer experience, strategy and business improvement background through his work at CustCore and from his 12+ years working with Telstra across product management, business improvement and customer experience.
During his time at Telstra, Shane led teams of 60+ people, managed products with revenue of $100M+ and led projects delivering NPS improvements of 10+ point and greater than $10M cost savings per annum.
Shane delivers engaging and entertaining talks on a range of topics in relation to customer experience, including “How to Wow customers and influence their decisions”, “Why a customer strategy is so important” and “Customer Centricity and what it means”.
