Ludi Wiggins

Ludi Wiggins (formerly Loudy Tourky and Loudy Wiggins!) is a four time Olympian, Dual Olympic Medalist, 3 x Commonwealth Games Champion, 3 x World Champions Silver Medalist and she competed in the sport of Diving for 22 years.

About Ludi Wiggins

The mother of two is also founder of the Mind and Body Blitz membership programs. A health and wellness website dedicated to helping busy people take control of their health and fitness!

Whilst training and competing Loudy completed a degree in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney in 2005 and works in digital marketing.

Ludi is an experienced speaker and sports broadcaster and most recent appearances include; Eurosport FISU Games Commentary, Chanel 7 Rio Olympic Games Coverage, Chanel 10 Glasgow Live coverage, Ch 7 Celebrity Splash and more

She was on the Australian Olympic Committee Athletes Commission  for a 4 year term and has served a term as Board member for Diving Victoria.

Her message can be tailored to suit the context of your event and hopefully she can inspire, motivate and educate using her story and knowledge of sports, life, business and health – it certainly has been a roller coaster ride from launching & managing two businesses, juggling as a mother of two and competing at four Olympic Games.
